Full Body Workout With Rope and Cable

Sometimes you walk into the gym and every piece of equipment is taken. You're not feeling too confrontational, you don't have time to wait for people to get off their phones and finish their sets. It was hard enough to find parking, now you have to battle the Saturday morning crowd. There's mounting despair. You're feeling a bit irritated, a little overwhelmed and soon, the thought of breakfast and shopping seem a lot more attractive than working out. You would leave... you're almost ready to do so... except the voice of your conscience is nagging you. Breakfast is best when you need to refuel and shopping most rewarding when the clothes fit you just right. Last night you cheated and had a cookie or two. You feel your motivation surge. Deep inside you know you're not a quitter. You look around for solutions and... BAM! There it is! Dangling by itself from a lonely cable, you see a rope! A cable and a rope! A muscular man carrying a large jug of water just finished his set. You make a dash for it, almost running over the little old lady with the pink weights. You smile apologetically without slowing your pace. You must get to it before the big guy with the gallon of water changes his mind. You bravely claim it as your own and realize you have in your grip the answer to all your gym needs. With a cable and a rope (or a bar) you can get a full body workout because Sofia showed you how.

Rope and cable exercises include anterior deltoids, lower back, hamstrings biceps, mid back, triceps, rear deltoids and abs. As you perform your 15 reps and 4 sets, you begin to feel like a champion. You check the mirror and make sure you maintain good form and you suddenly realize your muscles are showing just enough to encourage you to keep going. All you need to do is click on the link and see how it's done.
