Do You Act Your Age?

There's a new generation of retired "superagers" who only get better as they mature!

Long gone are the times when people simply accepted aging as an unavoidable burden to endure for decades, sadly watching their bodies progressively fall apart.

We know today that the human body is a perfect machine which regenerates and rejuvenates when used properly.

Exercise and nutrition can be the Fountain of Youth, the magic formula for health and longevity. Our bodies are meant to repair themselves and remain strong well into our retirement age, if we only give ourselves a chance and follow a few simple rules. Of course, prevention is the best approach. The earlier we start to exercise and eat right, the better off we will be. However, studies have shown that exercising only 20 minutes/3 times a week can increase mobility in seniors by as much as 80%! That's great news for those who thought they were past their "gym prime".

For the younger generation, we cannot begin to tell you how important it is to start taking care of your machine early on. The earlier you start, the more you will be able to prevent! Your bodies are the only thing you'll ever truly own, never to be taken for granted or disregarded.
