Working With Seniors
Often we are approached by seniors who are plagued by chronic conditions, old injuries or just plain damage from a lifetime of fun. We design programs meant to correct muscloskeletal challenges and improve overall health.
Studies have confirmed that seniors who started exercising 20 minutes x 3 times a week for 3 month increased their mobility by 80%! Seniors can and should exercise on a regular basis.

Intro to Basic Fitness for Young Adults
Healthy young adults just starting their fitness journey will begin by learning some basic exercises to be performed with good form. Erin went on to become a Fitness Competitor so you never know where the journey will lead.
